Six Chickasha businesses receive OIEP grants for expansion projects
Six manufacturers in Chickasha were awarded grants through the Oklahoma Innovation Expansion Program (OIEP) for the 2026 funding cycle. The program, administered by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority, will inject a total of $282,000 into the city’s economy.
The 2026 recipients include:
- Badgett Corporation
- Baity Screw Machine Products
- Fleetlife, Inc.
- Medallion Mint, LLC
- Midwestern Pet Foods, Inc.
- Royal Filter Manufacturing Co.
Individual awards ranged from $30,000 to $78,000. OIEP offers these incentives in the form of payroll tax rebates to offset the cost of new capital investment, allowing local businesses more security in expanding into better processes, new products, and added jobs. Since 2021, over $1 million has been awarded to growing Chickasha businesses.
