Local Incentives
Chickasha Business Expansion Grant Program
Apply to the Chickasha Economic Development Council (CEDC) to be considered for this program. This program provides financial assistance to businesses within the city limits of Chickasha that are expanding and creating new jobs, while facing a large capital investment. Businesses must have been operating a minimum of five (5) years within the city limits of Chickasha.
Other Incentives
Incentives are created and offered on a case by case basis. All incentives must be approved by the Chickasha City Council.
- Job Creation Payments: CEDC offers cash incentives based on new, quality, high-paying jobs that are created in Chickasha. Generally, an amount in the range of $1,000 to $3,000 is offered for each job created based on employee wages.
- New jobs must have an average wage of $16 per hour/$33,280 annually
- Company must create at least 10 permanent, full-time jobs
- Only jobs that pay $16 per hour and above qualify for payment

- Advertising of job openings
- Meeting room for interviewing process
- Job Fair
- Build-to-Suit Option: CEDC has a partnership with experienced developers to do a build-to-suit on most properties that are available

- Canadian Valley Technology Center: CV Tech offers workforce training at their Chickasha campus. Not only do they teach technical skills to new people entering the workforce, but they can provide advanced or additional training to your current employees. Their Business and Industry Service division can create customized training for your business.
- Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance: OMA provides a number of resources specific to the manufacturing industry, from full operation assessments to supply chain visualization tools to workforce development.
- Okla. State Regents for Higher Education: OSRHE has created a Digital Toolkit for employers that assembles all the resources for integrating college students with your workforce, and building up your employees through higher education.
- Southwest Trade Adjustment Assistance Center: If your business has seen a decrease in sales production and potentially employment because of foreign competition, SWTAAC can provide consulting services to help you regain profitable growth.
- Oklahoma Small Business Development Center: Oklahoma SBDC assists small business owners and new entrepreneurs by providing no charge, one-on-one business management advising, business management workshops and business technical assistance.
- US Small Business Administration: SBA provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise to small business owners both directly and through local partners.
