Chickasha Airport Industrial Park Team

Chet Hitt

Owner, Developer

A charismatic entrepreneur, Chet Hitt loves a challenge and doing things that haven’t been done before. Whether it’s building the first cemetery or distillery in Apple Valley, California, or purchasing land in the Chickasha Airport Industrial Park that had only grown grass for over 20 years, Hitt thrives on challenges.

Although he has ties to Anadarko, Oklahoma, Hitt’s successful business ventures were in California and Topock, Arizona until a 50-foot Leg Lamp caught his attention in Downtown Chickasha, Oklahoma. Since his visit in the fall of 2022 to Chickasha, Hitt has invested in Chickasha’s Downtown and its Industrial Park with a spirit of building something the whole town could be proud of, while also launching innovative strategic plans for financial success.

Hitt doesn’t carry business cards and doesn’t believe in titles, but he is passionate about changing communities forever.
