The Chickasha Airport Industrial Park has 48 lots totaling 110+ acres for general industrial use.

In a press conference onsite on June 5th, local and state officials announced a partnership between Citizen Capital and Lightfield Energy to establish a private, “behind-the-meter” power generation plant in the CAIP. The plant will provide a dedicated energy source for high-demand clients such as data centers, minerals processing, and certain advanced manufacturing applications.

Additional confirmed tenants include an existing Chickasha manufacturer, to be announced, which will be expanding with a new facility in the park.
